It is also available in 57 SFR points of sale and in French tobacco stores.

The SIM is the traditional format, compatible with all phones on the market. To order your SIM card, you need to have an address in France (hotel, friends, second home...) to be able to receive it.

The eSIM format is a digital version, compatible with some phones (check it now, further up this page). If your phone is compatible, scan the QR code received by e-mail. You won't need a delivery address, and you'll be connected as soon as you arrive in Europe!

Offer activation differs according to the purchasing channel:

The European Travel SIM is valid for 30 days from activation (see previous question). After this period, you can still use your SIM/eSIM by topping it up with one of our offers available from tobacco stores.

You will receive a text message telling you that your usage has been used up. Don't worry, you won't be able to go over the limit.

Yes, connection sharing via smartphone is included in your SIM or eSIM package.

You can track your consumption by logging into your customer area. You can also call 950 (free call) or send a text message (free) to 950.

The loss of your QR Code has no impact on your use. You will be able to keep using your eSIM. However, you can find your QR code directly in your SFR customer area.

When you place your order, you will have the possibility of choosing immediate activation or activation at a later date.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive your QR Code by email. Scan it to install your eSIM. You can install it anywhere in the world without activating it.
We advise you to scan your QR code before travelling, so that when you arrive in Europe you can benefit directly from our services.

If your phone is a dual SIM, you can continue to use your usual line freely while benefiting from a French number.

Activation of the offer differ according to the chanel of purchase and the SIM format choosen:
By choosing an eSIM, activation will be immediate if you go online to sfr.fr, you can also choose immediate activation or a later activation date. In this case, your eSIM will be activated at 0.00 on the date.

In the case of physical SIM, purchased via the sfr.fr website or the customer service, your SIM will be activated within 3 days of dispatch.
On the other hand, if you buy your physical SIM from an SFR shop or tabacco store, your SIM will be activated immediately
